Container Camp will take place 22-24 May 2017 in central Sydney. Workshops will take place at UNSW CBD campus and the main conference will be held at SMC Conference Centre.

How do I get there?

Workshops - UNSW CBD Campus, 1 O'Connell St.

From Circular Quay Station - Head south on Loftus St toward Customs House. Turn left onto Bent Street, then make your way right onto O'Connell Street.

Conference - SMC Conference Centre, 66 Goulburn St.

From Museum Station, take the Castlereagh Street “EXIT”, then turn LEFT heading south down Castlereagh Street. At the first intersection (Castlereagh & Goulburn Streets), turn right to SMC main entrance on Goulburn Street. (You can find full details on how to get here and a 15% off parking here.)

I’m coming from outside Australia, do I need a visa?

Yes, all attendees from outside Australia need to apply for a visa. If you are planning to visit Australia to participate in an event such as a conference, you need to apply for:

  • ETA (subclass 601), or,
  • eVisitor visa (subclass 651), or,
  • Visitor (Business Stream) visa (subclass 600)
